What to expect at your appointment

All forms must be completed through your patient portal prior to your appointment. If your consents and questionnaires are not completed prior to your visit, you may need to be rescheduled.

Please leave all food/beverages (water allowed) in your car.

All patients must arrive to their appointment with clean skin (NO MAKEUP).

Make sure to activate any rewards you may have prior to your appointment.

 

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours or less notice, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. This will not be applied toward future services and is non-refundable. By scheduling your appointment, you agree to this policy. 

If you No Show to your appointment, you will be charge $100 and it is up to the provider if you will be allowed to schedule future treatments.

If you are feeling ill, experiencing cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or if someone you live with was recently diagnosed with COVID-19, you will not be charged the cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hour window.

No Children are Permitted to your Appointment

Children are not permitted in the Med Spa. This is for the safety of the provider, you (the patient) and respect for the office. If you show up to an appointment with child(ren), you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge this policy.
