What to expect at your appointment
All forms must be completed through your patient portal prior to your appointment. If your consents and questionnaires are not completed prior to your visit, you may need to be rescheduled.
Please leave all food/beverages (water allowed) in your car.
All patients must arrive to their appointment with clean skin (NO MAKEUP).
Make sure to activate any rewards you may have prior to your appointment.
Read all pre-appointment instructions. If they state to contact the office prior to your appointment, please do so. If you need medications called in prior to your appointment, please contact us. You cannot have had any dental appointments (cleanings or dental work) for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to any filler or Sculptra appointment and need to wait a minimum of 2 weeks post appointment.
Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you cancel your appointment with 48 hours or less notice, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. This will not be applied toward future services and is non-refundable. By scheduling your appointment, you agree to this policy.
If you No Show to your appointment, you will be charge $100 and it is up to the provider if you will be allowed to schedule future treatments.
If you are feeling ill, experiencing cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or have been diagnosed with COVID or Influenza, you are required to cancel your appointment.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us at 586-876-0580 to talk about rescheduling your appointment.
During our busiest time of the year, from October until the end of the year, all late cancellations will be charged $100, no exceptions for illness. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you reschedule your appointment more than three times, it is up to the provider if they wish to allow you to schedule any additional appointments in the future. If you are not ready financially or emotionally, please wait to book your appointment until you are ready. By scheduling your appointment, you agree to this policy.
No Children are Permitted to your Appointment
Children are not permitted in the Med Spa. This is for the safety of the provider, you (the patient) and respect for the office. If you show up to an appointment with child(ren), you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge this policy.
Skincare Sales are Final Sale. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, once the item leaves the office it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sales are final. By purchasing your products, you understand this policy.
Credit Card Fees
Due to the increasing costs of supplies and products, all credit card sales will have a 3.75% service charge. This will allow the current pricing to stay the same. If you use your credit card, you understand this policy.
