CCFA is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
Macomb Charitable Foundation
The Macomb Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization run solely by volunteers whose purpose is to reach out to the children in our community who are homeless or living below the poverty level. Their efforts help provide these children with basic necessities.
Macomb Foster Closet
The Macomb Foster Closet is an all-volunteer nonprofit 501c3 organization providing much-needed clothing and other essential items free to children in foster care and the amazing families that care for them. In addition, they also provide additional services throughout the year such as loaded school backpacks, birthday bags, Easter baskets, and holiday gifts.
Turning Point Macomb
Turning Point empowers survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking through comprehensive services and resources while advocating for community action to end oppression and violence.
Macomb County Humane Society
To help those who cannot speak for themselves. The Humane Society provides humane care for unwanted, abused and injured animals. To prevent cruelty to animals. To place adoptable pets into good, permanent homes with responsible owners. To make every effort to return stray animals turned into the shelter to their original owners. To promote spay and neutering, to prevent overpopulation through education. The Warm Pet Project helps keep animals warm during the cold winter Michigan months.
