Happy New Year, XO Babes! Welcome to 2019!
The beginning of the New Year for many is a way to reset our habits, recharge our minds and bodies and create better versions of ourselves from years past. These resolutions, or promises we make, have good intentions- we intend to improve on our life for the upcoming year.
Let's ditch the traditional resolutions and dig deeper to create new, relaxing goals for 2019. Doesn't pampering oneself sound like a fabulous resolution? #metime anyone?

New Year, New You. The festivities are over, the decorations put away, and the hustle and bustle of the giving season has come to an end. Have you heard of holiday stress?
